Meet your trainer former American Gladiator Lori Fetrick “Ice”
Lori Fetrick is one of the most well known American Gladiators “ICE” and personal trainers. Through her television platforms on American Gladiators and many other shows, she has gained thousands of followers. Her training methods include strength training, HIIT training, kickboxing, and weight training. Lori has done hundreds of speaking events all over the U.S along with thousands of personal appearances. Fetrick was born in San Bernardino, California, and attended Cal State Fullerton. In 2000, she opened Better Bodies Fitness Gym in Orlando, Fl. She has done many things in her fitness career including writing a book, has a fitness DVD, created a fitness apparel line and consulted on many fitness facilities. Lori is extremely passionate about her role as a motivator and fitness trainer to women all over the world. She also does charity work with many animal rescues.
